Axis Insurance Agency was founded with the desire to offer personal and professional insurance services. The agency was established in 1991—since then, we’ve worked tirelessly to serve individuals, families, and businesses in Utah. We are a full-service center and we offer home insurance, life insurance, insurance for recreational vehicles, auto insurance, and business insurance.

Deanna Cowan
Co-Owner | Agent
Deanna is co-owner of Axis Insurance Agency. She began her career in insurance the summer after high school and never looked back, building a reputation for clear, honest guidance that helps clients find the right coverage for their unique needs and budget.
At Axis, Deanna and her team pride themselves on genuine customer service — that means always reaching a real person, fast answers, and step-by-step support when filing a claim.
A lifelong East Millcreek resident, she enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren outside of work.
Shane Turner
Co-Owner | Agent
Shane Turner is co-owner of Axis Insurance Agency, which he co-founded with Deanna Cowan in 2001 after seven years working together at another agency. He has been an insurance agent since 1994 and has always been driven by two things — meeting new people and finding them real savings on coverage.
Shane and his wife Dorene have been married since 1993 and are proud parents of five children spread across Florida and Utah. Mostly empty nesters now, they enjoy catching up with their kids and spoiling their two grandchildren whenever they can.
When he’s not at work, Shane and his family can usually be found camping or enjoying the outdoors from early spring through late fall.
Chad Seal
Agent
Chad Seal has spent over 25 years helping individuals and families protect what matters most. A Cottonwood High School alum and University of Utah Communication graduate, he puts that background to good use breaking down complex policy details so clients feel confident in their coverage.
Chad specializes in home, auto, commercial, and life insurance, and takes pride in matching each client with the right fit for their needs.
Outside the office, he enjoys tinkering on cars, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.
Tiffany Snow
Agent
Tiffany’s insurance career began at age 15 filing paperwork at Axis, giving her the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up. That early start grew into a genuine passion for helping clients find the right coverage at the right price, and she takes pride in building lasting relationships along the way.
Outside of work, she’s a wife and proud mom to two girls and two dogs who loves making memories with her family.
Angie Kouris
Agent
Angie specializes in helping families and individuals protect what matters most. Whether you’re buying your first home, insuring your vehicles, or securing a life insurance policy for your loved ones’ financial future, Angie provides tailored coverage that fits your needs.
Outside the office, she enjoys running, biking, and walking her dog.
GABRIEL PINTO
Customer Service
Gabriel is the newest member of the Axis Insurance team, handling customer service, quoting, documentation, and more. Originally from El Salvador, he is bilingual and happy to assist clients who speak or prefer Spanish.
Outside of work, Gabriel is a theatre and film actor and singer with over nine years of on-stage and on-camera experience. In his spare time he enjoys reading, watching films, playing guitar, and gaming.
Lewis Sheen
Agent
Lewis was born and raised in Massachusetts and has called Utah home since 2016, when he and his best friend wrapped up the road trip of a lifetime — two months, 33 states, and 12,300 miles across the country.
When he’s not at Axis, you’ll find him playing guitar or out on whatever adventure the day brings with his wife and dogs.
Megan Duggan
Agent
Megan has been with Axis Insurance for three years and genuinely enjoys helping clients protect what matters most to them. She brings a unique perspective to the team with hands-on knowledge of classic vehicles, motorcycles, UTVs, and home disaster restoration.
When she’s not at work, you’ll find her working on a classic car or camping with her husband and dog.
Stacy Memmott
Agent
Stacy joined Axis Insurance in August 2025 and has been in the insurance industry for nearly three and a half years. After careers in teaching, paralegal work, and more, she found her true calling in insurance.
Outside of work, Stacy has been married to the love of her life for over 30 years. Together they have three children and two granddaughters, and she cherishes every moment spent with family.
